A complete abstract submission contains the following parts:

  1. Completion of an online contact information form
  2. Submission of 250 word abstract with title
  3. Submission of a 1 page CV (PDF)
  4. Optional submission of supplemental materials

All of these items are collected through an online interface. Both the contact information and the abstract are submitted directly in an online form. The one page CV (PDF) and any supplemental materials are uploaded directly by following the instructions provided in the submission form.

Please review the Call for Papers and our presentation Guidelines before submitting your abstract. As is described in the form, you may submit your abstract for an oral presentation, a poster, either or both.

The submission process will take a few minutes to complete. While the submission can be edited before final submission, once all items are submitted any changes should be conducted through email (jefffid.2012 [at] You will see a confirmation screen, but will not receive a confirmation email. We may contact you if parts of your submission are missing, but generally, incomplete submissions will not be considered.
